Privacy Policy

Short version: we collect what we need to get your snow removal job quoted, we pass it to one snow removal contractor, and nobody else sees it. The detail is below.

What we collect

From the form: your name, phone number, email, and the address and the details of the job. From a phone call: the number you called from, the time, and any voicemail you leave along with its automatic transcript.

Why we collect it

We use it for one thing: getting your job in front of the one snow removal contractor who handles Cambridge requests for this site. It is not sold, rented, shared with other trades, or added to a mailing list.

Cookies

Nothing is tracking you here. There is no analytics script, no Facebook or Google pixel, and no cookie banner because there are no cookies. The host's server logs are the only record of a visit.

Retention

Requests are kept for follow-up and bookkeeping, then deleted. Voicemails are removed on a regular cycle rather than kept indefinitely.

Getting your information removed

Write to hello@cambridgesnowremoval.ca. You are entitled under PIPEDA to see, correct or delete what we hold. Messages from us are only about your request, and replying STOP ends them under CASL.
